Membership Cancellation Notice Requirements

As a part of our commitment to providing excellent service and maintaining a well-functioning facility, we would like to inform you about our membership cancellation policy and the notice requirements.

 

A membership at Mountainside  is an ongoing commitment that allows our members to benefit from our state-of-the-art facilities, professional trainers, and a wide range of fitness programs. We understand that circumstances change, and there may come a time when you need to cancel your membership. To ensure a smooth and efficient process for both parties, we have implemented a notice period for membership cancellations.

 

Effective immediately, Mountainside requires a minimum of 30 days' notice to cancel your membership. This notice period allows us to manage our resources effectively and make any necessary adjustments to accommodate the changes. It also ensures that your membership cancellation is processed promptly and accurately, avoiding any unnecessary charges or inconveniences.

 

To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit our gym reception during our operating hours, or contact our customer service team via phone or email.

  2. Inform our staff members about your intention to cancel your membership.

  3. Provide the required 30-day notice, specifying the effective date of cancellation.

  4. Return any gym access cards or equipment issued to you during the membership.

Upon cancellation, please be aware of the following:

  • Your membership will remain active during the 30-day notice period.

  • You will be billed for any applicable fees or dues that fall within the notice period.

  • Should you decide to rejoin in the future, standard enrollment procedures and fees will apply.
