Membership Cancellation Notice Requirements

Effective immediately, Mountainside requires a minimum of 30 days' notice to cancel your membership. 3. Provide the required 30-day notice, specifying the effective date of cancellation.

4. Return any gym access cards or equipment issued to you during the membership.

Upon cancellation, please be aware of the following:

• Your membership will remain active during the 30-day notice period.

• You will be billed for any applicable fees or dues that fall within the notice period.

• Should you decide to rejoin in the future, standard enrollment procedures and fees will apply.
