FAQ's
1 / Can children use the gym?
The Mountainside Workout Floor and Cardio Deck are designed for adult use. However, we do permit teenagers under the following conditions:
-
Age 14: A parent or guardian must be present in the building while the teen is exercising in the Club.
-
Age 15: The teen must have completed the complimentary "Basic" session with a trainer prior to using the Club without parental supervision. Alternatively, a parent or guardian must be present in the building during their workout.
-
Ages 16 and 17: Teen members have the same rights as adult members, except in cases of medical or emergency situations, which include all medical conditions.
Any individual under the age of 18 must obtain written parental consent before using the Club for exercise purposes. Specific considerations should be brought to the attention of the staff for evaluation.
